In general, if the cost of repair is less than 50% of the cost of a new appliance—and the unit is less than 8–10 years old—it’s usually worth repairing. Our technicians can assess your appliance and provide honest advice based on its condition and age.

Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?


Yes, we stand behind our work. All repairs come with a 30 day parts and labor warranty. We ensure your appliance is fixed right the first time.


What types of appliances do you repair?


We service a wide range of home appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, and more. If you're unsure whether we can service your model, just give us a call.

How long does an appliance repair usually take?


Most repairs can be completed within one visit. However, if parts need to be ordered, we’ll keep you informed and schedule a follow-up as quickly as possible.


What should I do before the technician arrives?


Please ensure the appliance is accessible and that the area around it is clear. If possible, have the appliance model and serial number ready, as it helps our technician prepare for the service.

Local Delivery and Shipping

Do you offer free local delivery?


Yes, we provide free delivery within a 75 km radius of our location. For deliveries beyond that distance, additional charges may apply—please contact us for a quote.

Will you remove my old appliance?


Absolutely. We offer free removal of your old appliance with every delivery. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure it's taken away when your new appliance is installed.

Warranties

Do new appliances come with a warranty?


Yes, all new appliances include a minimum one-year manufacturer’s warranty, which covers parts and labor for defects in materials or workmanship.

Extended warranty options are also available—either through the manufacturer or via Tred Appliances with our HomeGuard Advanced Service Plan.

What is the Tred Appliances HomeGuard Advanced Service Plan?

The HomeGuard Advanced Service Plan is our in-house protection plan, offering extended coverage and added benefits beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. Perks include priority service, extended parts and labor coverage, and more.

How do I get service for an appliance under manufacturer warranty?


If your appliance is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, you can contact the manufacturer’s warranty department directly to schedule service.
