Can an appliance be tested before being purchased?
If you would like to test an appliance in person, please call us at (403-362-5433) before your store visit so we can prepare the machine for testing. As long as we have the capacity (time and space) to test an appliance, we will do so if we are given sufficient time to prepare for your arrival.
Are these appliances tested?
All refurbished appliances we sell have been inspected and tested by one of our certified appliance technicians. This is why we are confident in them: Instead of the standard 30-day warranty, Tred Appliances is one of the few stores that offer a 120-day warranty on all refurbished appliance purchases.
Is the removal of an old appliance included?
Yes. Although some stores may charge a fee for pickup of old appliances, we offer free removal service (also known as haul-away) with all purchases.
Is delivery free?
Yes! Local delivery within Brooks is free. Out-of-town deliveries are available for a small fee, typically the lowest in town. You can call us (403-362-5433) for more details!
Is there a waiting list for incoming appliances?
Yes! You can call us at (403-362-5433) if you didn't find what you were looking for and would like to be added to our waiting list so we can contact you when an appliance similar to what you're looking for becomes available.
